Orthokeratology (Ortho-K)

Orthokeratology otherwise known as Ortho-K use specially designed hard contact lenses that you wear overnight. While you are asleep, the lenses reshape the front of your cornea so that you can see clearly throughout the next day.Ortho-K lenses can help correct myopia (nearsightedness) and in some cases help with presbyopia (farsightedness) and astigmatism.These custom lenses are also used to slow down the progression of children’s and teens’ myopia (nearsightedness).
